Contract Formation
After you place an order, you will receive an Order Reference Number along with details of the products ordered. An email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgement”) will be sent to you. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A legally binding contract between you and us will only be formed when we send you an email explicitly confirming acceptance of your order (“Order Confirmation”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason. In such cases, you will be notified accordingly.
IMPORTANT
While we make every effort to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur, including but not limited to pricing, product descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time prior to dispatch, even after an Order Confirmation has been issued.
In the event of cancellation, you will be notified promptly and any payments already made will be refunded in full without undue delay.
If, after acceptance, the ordered products become unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract. In such cases, you will be informed immediately and refunded in full.
All orders are subject to acceptance in quantities deemed reasonable for normal household use. We reserve the right to limit or cancel excessive quantities.
Territorial Limitation
Online sales through our e-commerce platform are strictly limited to delivery within the free areas of the Republic of Cyprus. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with this restriction.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EURO (€) and include applicable VAT.
The total price payable will include the cost of the products plus any applicable delivery charges, clearly indicated before order submission.
Prices, promotions, and product availability are subject to change at any time prior to Order Confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, no price changes will apply.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such errors.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method. Standard Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days.
For large or bulky items, we reserve the right to arrange delivery at a mutually agreed date.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
We do not accept any modifications to these Terms unless agreed in writing.
VAT
VAT is calculated based on the applicable rate in Cyprus (currently 19%).
If products are delivered outside Cyprus (where applicable), additional taxes, duties, or VAT differences may apply and shall be borne solely by the customer.
Language
All transactions may be conducted in English.

Σύναψη Σύμβασης
Με την υποβολή της παραγγελίας σας, θα λάβετε Αριθμό Παραγγελίας καθώς και λεπτομέρειες των προϊόντων. Η αποστολή επιβεβαίωσης παραλαβής (“Order Acknowledgement”) δεν συνιστά αποδοχή της παραγγελίας.
Η σύμβαση θεωρείται ότι συνάπτεται μόνο όταν σας αποσταλεί επιβεβαίωση αποδοχής (“Order Confirmation”). Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα, κατά την απόλυτη κρίση μας, να απορρίψουμε ή να ακυρώσουμε οποιαδήποτε παραγγελία, εν όλω ή εν μέρει, για οποιονδήποτε λόγο.
ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ
Καταβάλλουμε κάθε δυνατή προσπάθεια για την ακρίβεια των πληροφοριών, ωστόσο ενδέχεται να προκύψουν σφάλματα (ενδεικτικά: τιμές, περιγραφές, διαθεσιμότητα).
Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα ακύρωσης οποιασδήποτε παραγγελίας μέχρι την αποστολή των προϊόντων, ακόμη και μετά την αποστολή επιβεβαίωσης.
Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης, θα ενημερωθείτε άμεσα και θα λάβετε πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων χωρίς καθυστέρηση.
Σε περίπτωση μη διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων μετά την αποδοχή της παραγγελίας, διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης από τη σύμβαση, με πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων.
Οι παραγγελίες υπόκεινται σε αποδοχή για λογικές ποσότητες οικιακής χρήσης. Διατηρούμε το δικαίωμα περιορισμού ή ακύρωσης υπερβολικών ποσοτήτων.
Περιορισμός Περιοχής Πώλησης
Οι online πωλήσεις πραγματοποιούνται αποκλειστικά εντός των ελεύθερων περιοχών της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας. Παραγγελίες εκτός αυτών δύνανται να ακυρωθούν.
Τιμές και Πληρωμές
Όλες οι τιμές αναγράφονται σε Ευρώ (€) και περιλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ.
Το συνολικό κόστος περιλαμβάνει την τιμή των προϊόντων και τυχόν έξοδα αποστολής.
Οι τιμές και προσφορές ενδέχεται να αλλάξουν πριν την επιβεβαίωση παραγγελίας.
Παράδοση
Ο χρόνος παράδοσης εξαρτάται από τη μέθοδο αποστολής. Η τυπική παράδοση διαρκεί 2–3 εργάσιμες ημέρες.
Για ογκώδη προϊόντα, ενδέχεται να κανονιστεί συγκεκριμένη ημερομηνία παράδοσης.
Οι χρόνοι παράδοσης είναι ενδεικτικοί και όχι δεσμευτικοί.
Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο
Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το δίκαιο της Κυπριακής Δημοκρατίας.
Δεν αποδεχόμαστε τροποποιήσεις χωρίς γραπτή συμφωνία.
ΦΠΑ
Ο ΦΠΑ υπολογίζεται με βάση τον ισχύοντα συντελεστή στην Κύπρο (19%).
Τυχόν επιπλέον χρεώσεις εκτός Κύπρου επιβαρύνουν αποκλειστικά τον πελάτη.
Γλώσσα
Οι συναλλαγές μπορούν να πραγματοποιηθούν στην Αγγλική γλώσσα.
