General Eligibility

Pre-Order Discount
Reserve with a fully-refundable 250 € deposit. The discount code will be sent by email. Enter the discount code at checkout to redeem.
Deposit Refund Policy
Your deposit will be automatically refunded if the remaining balance is not paid before April 12. If your deposit is refunded, the exclusive pre-launch offer will be cancelled.
Founder Edition Badge
As a Founder, you are invited to complete the final detail of your AquaSense X by applying the Founder Edition badge. Professional guidance will be provided to ensure a flawless result.
Shipping & Fulfillment
AquaSense X will ship after the final payment is completed. The 1-Year Pool Care Kit and Founder Edition badge will be shipped separately at a later date.
Terms and Conditions
1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beatbot may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any pre-launch benefits from time to time. Beatbot reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraud, abuse or other improper performance in this activity without prior notice and may initiate legal proceedings to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Participants in this pre-launch activity agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that Beatbot’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. Beatbot reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this activity.
3. All orders must comply with Beatbot’s purchase agreement and return policy during the activity.
4 . This pre-launch activity does not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
5. Any unauthorised or fraudulent behaviour will disqualify participants.
6 . Participants must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their local jurisdiction if 18 is not the local age of majority, and they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Beatbot reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the activity at any time.. Any changes will be announced on eu.beatbot.com.
8. Beatbot will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
9 . Beatbot will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to the pre-launch activity.
10. Participants agree to release and discharge Beatbot from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to the pre-launch activity or the participant’s entry into the pre-launch activity.
